Is this the same player as "M McGinnigle" on London Hearts (link below)? It says that a Hibs player by that name played for the Scottish League against the (Northern) Irish League on 29/10/1924.

Yes, it is most likely to be the same player listed as winning a league cap on the london hearts site.
