George Muir was born in Lochgelly and signed by Hibs in 1953.
Joined Yeovil Town in the 1960/61 season playing 327 times and scoring 47 goals before leaving at the end of the 1968/69 season.
Had a short spell at Crewkerne Town, managed by former team-mate Tony Pounder, Snr.
