Season 1961/62 saw him make his only outings for the club and he was released at the end of the 1962/63 campaign.

Misc/trivia :- Also featured on the cover of prog No. 16 (Partick Thistle (H) 21-Jan-1961) at the Club's Annual Dance in the North British Hotel on Monday, 16-Jan-1961 ; - alongside him are Joe Baker, Jock Buchanan and Lawrie Reilly. Also in the group are Jan Adams (Joe's partner) and Mrs Buchanan.
