Ian Wilkinson joined the club in 1968. Essentially a wing-half he struggled to get a game being in competition with the likes of Stanton, Blackley and Cousin.

After his time at Kirkcaldy he played one season at Hamilton Academicals in 1971/72.

I'm chairman of Raith Rovers Former Players Association and trying to track down Ian Wilkinson. If anyone can help please e-mail me on allygourlay@aol.com. Thanks

Hello - First time I've been on this site.I signed for Hibs in March 1964 while playing with Edina Hibs.( Previous club Wallhouse Rose ) I was farmed out to Whitburn Juniors for 6 months and one of my first games in the reserve side was against Bertie Auld after his return to Celtic from Birmingham City. Served under - Galbraith,Stein,Shankly and Macfarlane.
Hector Wilkinson was my uncle.
