I think that George Mcneil played against Morton (possibly hid first game).

George McNeil is arguably better known as a sprinter. An apprentice quantity surveyor he had shown athletic prowess at Ross High School, Tranent. Competed regularly at the Powderhall New Years Day Sprint.

I'm sure I saw George play his only game for Hibs back in'65. The only memory I have of him is him hitting the bar with a corner kick at the Dunbar end.
