Current Comments
1 comments so far (post your own)Ally MacLeod served notice of his ability early on with St Mirren, scoring 4 goals Vs Rangers on 23/08/1972 in the League Cup (A 4-1).
Subsequently he went to Southampton where he made 3 league appearances in the Football League.
Hibs signed him on 05/12/1974 for £30,000 (the same day as Alex Cropley went to Arsenal).
A skilful player and reliable penalty-taker.
