2 comments so far (post your own)Hugh Higgins was a wing-half, who joined the club in 1956. Hibs had to beat off competition from Celtic and Sunderland to secure this talented youngster. However, his career did not progress as planned and he joined Third Lanark on loan in December 1957. Made a permanent move to Dunfermline Athletic in November 1958.
