Since 1957/58 Killie had only dropped one point in the League against Hibs at Rugby Park ! They handed out yet another defeat with goals from Jim McCulloch, John Gilmour, Tommy McLean (pen) and Jim Cook. To make a bad day worse "Stevie" got sent off.
