Charles Garland opened the scoring for the Fifers early in the second-half. Duncan Urquhart was then sent off, but despite that handicap and an injury to Watson, a raid gave Langton the equaliser. Garland then got his second of the game, but Flucker seized an opportunity to equalise again.
