Beating the then called team of rangers was too easy with the team that Hibs were building

This was rangers 3rd defeat in six days, 2 by hibs 1 by Dunfermline. A newspaper jock claimed this was the first time in rangers history that this had happened especially as all were in Glasgow. 2 at ibrox 1 at hampden.
However 4 weeks later they won the cup winners cup.
