1 comments so far (post your own)John Connolly joined the club in 1980. A superb outside-left who also had a blistering shot, he scored many spectacular goals in his career. His best years were probably spent at St Johnstone (1967-72) and Everton (1972-76).
Also played for Birmingham City and Blyth Spartans.
