Bobby Archibald was a diminutive outside-left, who spent most of his career at Stoke City. From 1925-32 he made 262 FL apps, scoring 37 gls. After finishing playing he returned to Glasgow where he became an insurance agent and also scouted occasionally for Bradford City.
