Highlights in his Hibs career were 5 goals Vs Nijmegen in a pre-season friendly on 05/08/1974; 3 Vs Celtic in the League Cup Final on 26/10/1974 and the winner Vs Liverpool in the UEFA Cup on 17/09/1975.

The £120,000 paid to Everton was, at the time, a record fee for a Scottish club.
Other clubs :- Morton & Huddersfield Town.

Misc/trivia :- Joe Harper was sold to Aberdeen in April 1976. Apparently, the clubs had agreed on an exchange deal involving Davie Robb but he declined to move.
